Production and Quality controls
Currently, the production of Legenda Fashion S.L. is located in the Asian continent in countries such as China, Cambodia and Myanmar. We also work with different fabrics, for example: cotton (100% cotton or blends), polyester, poly skin, nylon and others.
All the actors in the company’s value chain are important, but the actor that requires the most control is the production at source. For this reason, all the factories with which we work and in turn are shareholders, have all the necessary certificates demanded by our large accounts, as well as ICS (Import Control System), BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) among others. Having shares in production factories in the Asian continent allows us to be one step ahead of our competitors, as this allows us to exercise a certain power and provide a certain agility in the production process.
The quality inspections and controls are strategically planned by the production department, which is composed of a highly qualified team committed to the company’s objectives.
Import Logistic Services
Our extensive experience allows us to offer an optimal import service according to the needs of our customers.
In Legenda Fashion we execute a logistics of the 21st century. On the one hand, we have our own warehouses offering a totally customized handling of the product. This way, we offer the possibility of complementing garments with personalized labels, with or without hangers, ironed, bagged, boxed, etc. It is important to emphasize this is one of the factors that differentiates us positively from our competitors in the sector. On the other hand, we have an external transport service that is completely adapted to the needs of our customers. That is why we offer the possibility of manufacturing with our own Legenda Jackets brand or the customer’s own brand.

Transparency, agility, punctuality and adaptation to our customers are our strengths and that’s the reason we work with large accounts such as El Corte Ingles, OVS, Mango, Inditex and Carrefour (Spain, France, Romania, Poland, Italy and Dubai) and others.
The fluidity of communication with the most important stakeholders, our customers, is of utmost importance for the company. For this reason, the production department and the logistics department are fully integrated for 5 years to optimize communication with customers.
